Parking

There is a range of free, paid, undercover and open car parks at Crown, including over 3,000* free parking bays available across the resort. Check the Parking & Transport page on the Crown Perth website for car park locations, entry points and relevant parking fees. ACROD PARKING There are 50 accessible ACROD parking bays located across the Complex (including 6 ACROD parking bays in the under croft area). Plus we've added new dedicated senior bays in carpark P4 for your convenience. *Excludes Optus Stadium event days, visit the Crown Perth website for rates. OPTUS STADIUM EVENT DAYS: On major Optus Stadium event days, we encourage guests to plan ahead for a visit to Crown. Road closures are expected in the area and may affect traffic and your regular journey to Crown. We recommend you arrive early to theatre shows to secure your preferred parking location.

Public Transportation

BUS: Crown Perth is located close to a crossroad that provides bus services from North, South, East and West of the Metro area. Schedules and information are available by contacting Transperth infoline 13 62 13. TRAIN: The closest train station is the Burswood Station on the Armadale & Thornlie train lines. A courtesy bus leaves from the station to the Crown Perth every 15 minutes. The bus is not suitable for wheelchairs. Transperth Infoline: 13 62 13. TAXI RANK: There is a taxi rank at Crown outside the main casino Entrance and also at the Riverside Entrance.

Accessible Seating

WHEELCHAIR ACCESS Wheelchair seating is available in the Theatre Lounge (Row D). Wheelchair access to seating in the dress circle is not available. Please call the Ticketmaster Special Needs & Wheelchair bookings line on 1300 446 925 to purchase tickets. You can also purchase accessible seating at the Crown Box Office during normal business hours. Accessible seating bays are limited and subject to availability. Wheelchair access to the venue is via ground level (Theatre Door 2). Disabled access toilets are also located on the ground floor. The venue does not have wheelchairs available for hire MOBILITY ACCESS: The Crown Theatre is made up of the Lounge (downstairs) and Dress Circle (balcony). Access to the majority of our seats does require the use of steps/stairs. Please review the seating map applicable to the performance you are attending prior to arrival. Frames and walkers cannot be used on the steps or remain in the auditorium. Please note the venue may not be able to relocate patrons who cannot reach their seats on the day of the performance. HEARING LOOP For people with hearing disabilities, a hearing loop is incorporated in specific sections of the Lounge seating area. It is recommended to select seating as close as possible to the main centre aisle to obtain the full effect of this facility. The hearing loop does not extend the to the Dress Circle seating platform and is not suitable for the front rows located on the flat of the auditorium.

You acknowledge that it is a condition of each ticket that at the time of attending Crown Perth for this event, each ticketholder must comply with Western Australian Government directions and public health orders applicable at the time of the event. Unless otherwise required by law, refunds for tickets will not be provided as a result of changes to conditions of entry to comply with Government directions or public health orders. Children Rules

Each show has a varied policy in regards to children in the Theatre. Please check for recommendations and guidelines for your specific performance on the Ticketmaster event page. In general, children over the age of 2 years must purchase a seat. Strollers, prams and baby capsules are not permitted in the Theatre but may be cloaked at the desk in the Theatre West Foyer. AGE RESTRICTIONS Generally there are no age restrictions. However, for licensed areas a valid form of ID is required. Some events may have specific age restrictions. Customers are advised to check the event page for more information. BOOSTER SEATS: A limited amount of booster seats are available at nominated door entries into the Theatre. They cannot be pre-booked and are subject to availability. Booster seats are not suitable for children who have seats in the Dress Circle. For those patrons, you may bring a small personal cushion if required.

Miscellaneous

ATM: Large number of ATMs located in both entry foyers into the Casino. CLOAKROOM: Cloak Room available at no charge. There are two (2) Cloak Rooms for use. Located in Main Foyer (West Foyer) of Theatre, and in the Casino Riverside Foyer entrance of Casino nearest to Crown Metropol Perth. ESCALATORS: Available in Main Foyer (West Foyer) and East Foyer of Theatre. Access to all levels of Theatre. PRAM STORAGE: Can be deposited at Cloak Room or left at Theatre entry doors. Prams are left at owner's risk. LIFTS: Available in Main Foyer (West Foyer) of Theatre. Access to all levels of Theatre. TOILETS: Located on ground level in Main Foyer (West Foyer), East Foyer, and on second (2nd) level of Theatre (Dress Circle). Accessible toilets located on the ground floor. MOBILE PHONES: We request that mobile phones are turned off prior to the start of the performance FOOD & BEVERAGE: Light refreshments and concession style food are available from the Theatre bars located on the ground level (west foyer) and level one. For the safety of all patrons hot beverages and glass wear are not permitted into the Theatre. Outside food and beverage is also not permitted. Cashless payments are preferred.
